Is there really no long-term contract?
None. Monthly rolling on every tier. 30-day notice to cancel at any time, for any reason. We retain clients through results — not paperwork. If we're not delivering, you should be able to leave.
How does the CSS saving work exactly?
As a Google Comparison Shopping Service partner, we run your Shopping ads through our CSS platform rather than standard Google Ads. Google's own pricing rules mean CSS-served ads cost 20% less per click. This saving applies automatically to every Shopping campaign we run, from the first day the account is live. No setup needed on your side.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Book a free audit. We'll review your current setup, assess your catalogue size and ad spend, and tell you honestly which tier fits your situation — and what you'd get from stepping up if relevant. We'll never recommend a tier that's more than you need.
Can I start on Starter and move up later?
Yes — and this is often the right approach. Start where you are, build trust in the first 90 days, and upgrade when the results and the appetite are there. There are no penalties for moving between tiers and no minimum time at any level.
What does onboarding look like?
After signing, we request account access (Google Ads, Merchant Centre, GA4, and others depending on tier). We conduct a full audit in the first week, deliver a week-one update email, and have campaigns rebuilt or live within 7–10 working days. Month-one report and call at day 30.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes — our methodology works across markets. We have experience with UK, EU, and US-facing e-commerce operations. The break-even ROAS framework, dynamic labelling system, and feed management approach are applicable regardless of geography.
What exactly happens to my ad spend versus your fee?
They are separate. Your management fee pays for our work. Your ad budget is spent on your platforms, in your accounts, under your ownership — we never mark it up or take a percentage of it. The CSS saving of 20% applies to your ad spend directly, which is why for many clients the saving offsets a large part of the fee before any optimisation work is counted.
Why is it a flat monthly fee and not a percentage of spend?
Because a percentage-of-spend model rewards an agency for spending more of your money, not for making you more profit. Our incentive should be your commercial outcome, not your ad budget. A flat fee means when we cut unprofitable spend — which is often one of the first things we do — our interests and yours stay aligned.
What if I already have an in-house team or another agency?
We work around your structure, not ours. If you have an in-house team, we can lead strategy and let them execute, or take specific channels off their plate. If you are switching from another agency, the audit doubles as a handover document — we map exactly what you are inheriting before we change anything. There is no requirement to rip everything out on day one.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. The audit is free and there is no separate onboarding charge. Your first monthly fee covers the full audit, the rebuild, and everything in the first 30 days. You are not paying extra for the heavy lifting that happens at the start.
