START WITH
AN HONEST
AUDIT.

We audit a select number of accounts each month. The findings document tells you exactly what we found, what it is costing you, and what we would fix first — without any obligation to work with us afterwards.

What to expect

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

01
We confirm availability within one working day
We review a limited number of accounts each month. You'll hear from us within one working day — confirming whether we have a current audit place available, and if so, agreeing account access or a brief intro call. If we're at capacity, we'll let you know honestly and add you to our priority list for the next available slot.
02
We review your current setup
With account access, we audit your Google Ads structure, product feed, break-even ROAS, wasted spend, and Amazon presence (if applicable). We use our AI tools to accelerate the analysis — meaning we deliver findings in 48 hours, not a week.
03
We deliver honest findings — not a sales deck
A written report covering the three to five most significant issues we found, with specific financial impact where calculable. What we'd fix first. What we'd build next. What we'd expect it to do. No padding, no generic recommendations.
04
You decide — no pressure, one follow-up
If the findings make sense and the fit is right, we propose the right tier and move forward. Client places are limited — we take on a carefully selected number of new clients at any one time to maintain the quality every account receives. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so. We send one follow-up. After that, the door stays open on your terms.

Onboarding journey

WHAT THE FIRST
90 DAYS LOOK
LIKE.

From the moment you sign, everything moves quickly and with purpose. Here is exactly what happens — week by week — in your first three months as a Founded Digital client. No vague promises. No slow starts. No waiting for the account manager to find time.

WEEK
ONE
Account access & audit
We move immediately — no slow ramp-up.
Day 1Welcome email with onboarding checklist. Access request sent for Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, GA4, and Amazon (if applicable). Introduction call booked.
Day 2–3Full account audit begins. We map your current campaign structure, identify wasted spend, calculate your break-even ROAS, and review your product feed for errors and opportunities.
Day 4–5Week-one findings delivered in writing. Not a slide deck — a direct, specific document: what we found, what it is costing you, what we are fixing first, and in what order. You know exactly what happens next before the end of the first week.
WEEK
2–3
Foundation build
The infrastructure is built properly — not patched over what existed before.
FeedProduct feed rebuilt or restructured in Feedoptimise. Custom labels assigned based on your margin tiers. Feed errors resolved. CSS partnership activated — your 20% click saving starts from the first impression served under our management.
TrackingConversion tracking verified and rebuilt if necessary. Enhanced conversions configured. Consent Mode v2 implemented. GA4 audit completed. You will not be optimising against phantom data from week two onwards.
CampaignsCampaign restructure begins. High-margin products segmented from low-margin. The dynamic labelling waterfall built — Scale, Main, Low ROAS, Loss-making, Exclude — specific to your margin structure, not a template applied from a previous client.
WEEK
4
Go live & first report
Campaigns live. Day 30 report delivered. First call.
Go liveNew campaign structure goes live. You receive a go-live summary: what is live, what bidding strategy each tier is running, what the target ROAS is for each segment, and what we are watching in the first two weeks.
ReportDay 30 report delivered before your first monthly call. Performance against the baseline audit: what has improved, what is still being optimised, what the CSS saving has delivered in pounds, and what we are doing next.
Call30-minute performance call. We walk through the report together, answer every question, and agree priorities for month two. You will always know exactly where things stand — no vague responses, no deferring to "the data needs more time".
MONTH
2–3
Optimise & expand
The system compounds. Additional channels activate. The algorithm has data.
Smart BiddingBy week six, Smart Bidding has enough conversion data to operate accurately — especially with enhanced conversions capturing 20–40% more signals than standard tracking. Bid adjustments move from manual oversight to algorithm-led with human supervision.
RetentionIf our email platform is in scope, email flows are live by week six. Post-purchase, abandoned cart, and replenishment sequences are active. These flows feed back into Google and Meta audiences — the acquisition loop begins compounding.
90-day reviewFull commercial review at day 90: performance vs baseline, ROAS by tier, CSS saving in pounds, email revenue attributable to our email platform flows, and a forward strategy for the next quarter. This is where the compounding effects of the system become clearly visible in the numbers.

Account handover

SWITCHING
AGENCY OR
TAKING OVER
AN ACCOUNT?

One of the most common situations we walk into is also one of the least discussed in agency relationships. A new MD inherits accounts they didn't build. A business switches agency after a difficult relationship but doesn't know what they're moving away from. A marketing manager gets promoted and suddenly owns platforms they've never looked inside. The account handover is where a lot of damage gets quietly hidden — and where we almost always find the most significant problems.

// What we do at handover
01
Full access audit — before we touch anything
We request access to Google Ads, Merchant Centre, GA4, Shopify / Shopify Plus, and your email platform. If you sell on Amazon, we'll request that access too. Before making a single change, we map everything that's currently live — campaigns, settings, bid strategies, audiences, tracking configuration. You get a written summary of what exists.
02
Honest account of what we find
If the previous agency has done something well, we say so. If they've left structural problems, targeting errors, tracking gaps, or campaigns running against your interests — we document those with specifics, not vague criticism. You deserve to know what's been running on your behalf and your budget.
03
Historical data protected — no clean slate
We never delete existing campaigns on principle. Historical data — conversion records, audience lists, search term reports — has commercial value even when the campaign structure is wrong. We archive before we rebuild. Everything recoverable stays recoverable.
04
Old agency access revoked — cleanly
We advise you on which access permissions to revoke from your previous agency and walk you through doing it. Access left open after an agency relationship ends is both a security issue and a data integrity issue — it's more common than most businesses realise.
// The situations we handle
Switching from another agency
You know the relationship isn't working but you don't know what you're walking away from. We audit the account independently before you formally end the previous arrangement — so you know what state it's in before the handover conversation.
New role, inherited accounts
New MD, new marketing director, new head of e-commerce — you've inherited logins to accounts you didn't build, with no documentation of what's running or why. We map it, brief you on what you own, and tell you what to keep, fix, and dismantle.
Moving from in-house to agency management
Accounts managed in-house for years often carry the history of every person who touched them — overlapping campaigns, legacy settings, ad hoc structures built under time pressure. We audit and rebuild without losing the historical data underneath.
Acquisition — taking over another business's accounts
Post-acquisition, you inherit the marketing infrastructure of the acquired business. We conduct a due-diligence-style audit — identifying performance, risk, and structural issues before integration decisions are made.
Current agency won't share access on exit
Unfortunately common. We advise on your legal rights to the account data, help you recover access where possible, and rebuild efficiently from what's available. Your ad account data belongs to your business — not the agency that managed it.
One commitment, always: we never criticise a previous agency without specifics. If we say something was wrong, we show you exactly where and what the likely impact was. Vague criticism serves no one.
What the free audit covers

FIVE THINGS
WE CHECK
IN EVERY AUDIT.

Audit places are limited — availability confirmed on application
// 01
Break-even ROAS
We calculate your actual break-even ROAS from your margin data — not an industry average. This single number changes how every bid target in your account should be set. Most audits reveal the current target is below break-even.
// 02
Wasted spend analysis
We pull the search terms report, identify every query consuming budget without converting, and estimate the monthly cost of unmanaged negative keywords. On most accounts this is between £300 and £2,000 per month.
// 03
Campaign structure review
Are high-margin products getting priority budget? Are loss-makers being excluded? Is brand traffic separated from generic acquisition? We map the current structure against what it should look like.
// 04
Feed quality check
We review Merchant Centre diagnostics — disapproved products, missing attributes, feed errors. Every error is a product not serving. For large catalogues, even a 5% error rate means hundreds of invisible SKUs.
// 05
Amazon presence (if applicable)
If you sell on Amazon, we review your Sponsored Products structure, your listing quality, your Buy Box position, and whether channel conflict with your Google activity is costing you on both sides.
// Result
A written report
Specific findings, financial impact where calculable, and a clear recommendation. Delivered within 48 hours. No charge. No obligation to proceed.
