A Paid Ads Manager who thinks commercially first, technically second. You'll run Google Shopping and Search across a portfolio of clients — focused on margin, not vanity metrics — working inside our blueprint: dynamic labelling, break-even ROAS, CSS, and our AI monitoring tools. Not for someone who shuffles budgets in Smart Bidding and calls it optimisation. For someone who knows why a campaign is built the way it is.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing Google Shopping and Search campaigns for a portfolio of 3–6 e-commerce clients simultaneously, across a range of catalogue sizes and sectors
  • Building and maintaining dynamic labelling waterfall structures in Feedoptimise — segmenting products by margin, performance, and price competitiveness
  • Calculating and applying break-even ROAS targets from client margin data — not estimating from industry benchmarks
  • Weekly optimisation of bid strategies, negative keywords, search term reports, and audience targeting across all client accounts
  • Owning the tracking infrastructure for your clients — enhanced conversions, Consent Mode v2, GA4 verification
  • Delivering monthly reports and joining client calls with clear, direct commercial language — not platform jargon
  • Staying ahead of Google Ads platform changes and bringing relevant updates to the wider team
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads for e-commerce clients, with demonstrable results — not just platform certifications
  • Solid understanding of Google Shopping feed structure, product types, and Google Merchant Centre
  • Familiarity with Feedoptimise, DataFeedWatch, or similar feed management platforms
  • Comfortable working with margin data and building break-even ROAS models from scratch
  • Experience with enhanced conversion tracking and GA4 — not just awareness of them
  • Clear, direct written and verbal communication — you write client emails and report sections independently
  • Curiosity about AI tools and genuine interest in how they can improve campaign performance

Not a traditional sales role — no cold lists, no automated LinkedIn sequences. You'll represent Founded Digital with prospective clients, referral partners, and the wider industry, building relationships that generate quality inbound. You'll need to understand what we do well enough to hold a credible commercial conversation with an MD, spot genuine fit, and manage the journey to signed client with integrity throughout.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full relationship from first conversation to signed client — audits, proposals, commercial conversations, and onboarding handover
  • Building and maintaining the referral partner network — web agencies, accountants, platform partners — and managing ongoing referral relationships
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions as a representative of Founded Digital — with genuine commercial purpose, not badge collecting
  • Qualifying inbound leads from our website, free tools, and marketing — understanding which prospects are genuinely ready and which need nurturing
  • Working with the founder to develop and refine our go-to-market approach as the business scales
  • Managing existing client relationships alongside the delivery team — ensuring clients feel valued, informed, and confident
  • Contributing to commercial strategy discussions — who we should be targeting, which sectors represent the best opportunity, what the market is telling us
What we're looking for
  • Experience in a commercial, business development, or client-facing role — ideally in digital marketing, agency, or e-commerce
  • Genuine understanding of e-commerce economics — enough to have a credible conversation with a distributor or brand owner about their ad spend and margins
  • A relationship-builder, not a closer — you understand the difference between selling and helping someone make a good decision
  • Strong written communication — you write proposals, emails, and follow-ups independently, without templates
  • Comfortable attending events and representing a brand — you are confident in rooms with MDs, commercial directors, and industry peers
  • An intolerance for average — you care about the quality of every client interaction, not just the conversion rate

What you'll be doing
  • Managing AMS campaigns — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display — across Vendor and Seller Central client accounts
  • Building and maintaining keyword strategies, bid management, and ACOS targets connected to real margin data — not platform recommendations
  • Supporting clients on Vendor Central commercial navigation — chargeback disputes, co-op management, PO strategy, listing quality
  • Using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to surface cross-channel attribution and audience insights
  • Advising on channel strategy — how to grow Amazon without undermining DTC, when to consider migration from Vendor to Seller
  • Staying ahead of Amazon platform changes and communicating what matters to clients clearly and promptly
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years managing Amazon Ads across either Vendor Central or Seller Central at meaningful scale
  • Strong understanding of the commercial differences between 1P and 3P — not just the operational differences
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud or at least a working understanding of what it surfaces

OPERATIONS & ADMIN COORDINATOR

As we grow, the operational backbone has to keep pace. We need an Operations and Admin Coordinator who's organised, commercially aware, and proactive — managing the detail that keeps things running so the delivery and commercial teams can focus on clients. A broad role that will evolve with the business: onboarding logistics, reporting coordination, and process improvement, often in the same day.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing client onboarding logistics — account access requests, onboarding checklists, welcome communications, and first-week coordination
  • Coordinating monthly reporting schedules — collating data from the ads team, formatting reports to Founded Digital standards, and ensuring delivery on time
  • Managing referral partner records — tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Supporting the commercial team with proposal preparation, meeting scheduling, and follow-up coordination
  • Owning internal process documentation — ensuring how we do things is written down and kept current
  • Managing subscriptions, tools, and software access across the team
  • General admin and PA support to the founder as required
What we're looking for
  • Strong organisational skills — you track things, follow up without being chased, and nothing falls through the gaps
  • Clear written communication — you write emails and documents that are direct, professional, and require no editing
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — in a growing business, the scope evolves. You adapt without stress
  • Interest in or exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environments — not essential, but it helps you understand the context of what you are coordinating
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office as standard. Bonus: experience with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a business that is building something — not just to complete tasks
