A Paid Ads Manager who thinks commercially first, technically second. You'll run Google Shopping and Search across a portfolio of clients — focused on margin, not vanity metrics — working inside our blueprint: dynamic labelling, break-even ROAS, CSS, and our AI monitoring tools. Not for someone who shuffles budgets in Smart Bidding and calls it optimisation. For someone who knows why a campaign is built the way it is.
Not a traditional sales role — no cold lists, no automated LinkedIn sequences. You'll represent Founded Digital with prospective clients, referral partners, and the wider industry, building relationships that generate quality inbound. You'll need to understand what we do well enough to hold a credible commercial conversation with an MD, spot genuine fit, and manage the journey to signed client with integrity throughout.
Amazon is a significant and growing part of what we do — Vendor Central, Seller Central, and the commercial strategy that ties both to a client's wider channel mix. If you know this world, there's real scope here.
As we grow, the operational backbone has to keep pace. We need an Operations and Admin Coordinator who's organised, commercially aware, and proactive — managing the detail that keeps things running so the delivery and commercial teams can focus on clients. A broad role that will evolve with the business: onboarding logistics, reporting coordination, and process improvement, often in the same day.
