& MARKDOWN ENGINE

A nightly system that finds slow-moving stock sitting in the warehouse, tags it through a staged markdown lifecycle, and clears it down to a manageable level — automatically. Built for a Shopify Plus catalogue of ~98,000 products.

Every night it identifies clearance candidates, escalates products that aren't shifting, and flags genuinely stuck stock for human review — protecting new arrivals, seasonal lines, and capital-light positions along the way.
