It started in the early 2000s — joining the industry as a teenager when Amazon had barely expanded beyond books, selling sports and outdoors products in e-commerce's first wave.

That first-mover instinct — the willingness to engage with a market before the path is clear — has defined everything that followed.

What followed was 15 years inside a single e-commerce business, growing alongside it from the early days to a substantial operation. Every function was learned hands-on — supply chain, stock management, supplier negotiation, website builds, Google Ads, Amazon Vendor Central, email and retention, pricing systems, AI integration, and team building. The opportunity to be part of that journey, and to operate at that level across such a wide remit, was a rare one.

A second venture followed in the lockdown years — a new brand in a new category, built from scratch and taken to a successful conclusion. Proof the playbook transfers.

Two decades of that work opens doors most never get near — direct platform and supplier relationships, round tables with Amazon and Google, and the kind of network that gets answers in hours, not weeks.

E-commerce isn't something we just do — it's something we love. Every platform shift and AI capability is a new edge to find. That energy goes into every account we touch.

For most of those two decades the work was behind the scenes — running the day-to-day, building the strategy, delivering the numbers someone else presented. Founded Digital is that operator, now working directly for you.

Founded Digital is the deliberate change in that pattern. The same operator perspective, the same hard-won frameworks — but now brought to the forefront and offered directly to a small number of clients who want to access them. The experience is no longer locked inside one business.
